2025 EBA AGM

Our Annual General Meeting this year is scheduled for:

Tuesday August 12, 2025 at 7:00PM
Court 12 at the Saville Centre


Attendance this year is MANDATORY.

Any team looking to register for our upcoming Fall/Winter League Season MUST have a Team Representative present at the meeting. Team's must submit IN PERSON their Letter of Intent at the AGM.

Failure to do so, will result in your team being fined $100 and you will NOT be allowed to register for our 2025-26 Fall/Winter League Season.

Registration for our 2025-26 Fall/Winter League is now OPEN.

Registration for 2025-26 Fall/Winter League Season

The registration process is fairly straightfoward, however, here are some instructions to assist you with registration.

Registering your team on RAMP
Please note: Team Reps are NO LONGER required to register their team on RAMP.

Upon completion of your Fall/Winter Season Registration, the league will email you a personalized link that you can send/share with each member/player on your team that will allow them to DIRECTLY register to your team.

Important Deadlines

Fall/Winter Registration - August 14, 2025
Registration and Fees MUST be received by the deadline.

Team Uniforms - September 15, 2025
Teams are required to have matching uniforms with numbers on the front and back by the deadline.

Team Roster - October 1, 2025
Team Rosters MUST be submitted by Team Reps via TeamLinkt by the deadline.

Individual RAMP Player Registration - October 1, 2025
Instructions and a personalized link will be shared with each team representative. Individuals must complete and pay their ABA/CB fee via RAMP by October 1, 2025.

Online Complaint / Incident Report Form
We are committed to a positive playing experience for all individuals. If a team or an individual has a complaint, it must be submitted within 48 hours of the start of the game which is being reported on. The complaint will be reviewed by our Executive Director and/or Disciplinary Committee, and they will use their discretion to address it, which may include directing the complaint to the Saville Centre (if related to the facility), the Edmonton Basketball Officials Association (EBOA), or an internal review of EBA operations.

Player Payment Options
Players have the option to pay the league their registration fee instead of the team organizer. Let us know your name and which team you are putting the money in for. If the team does not get into the league, you will be refunded your money.
WARNING: Security Issues at Saville
Please be aware that theft problems at the Saville has been a problem. Know where your personal items are and report any suspicious activities to Saville staff.
WARNING: Paid Parking Still in Effect
Please be advised that the U of A has installed paid parking stalls in the first few rows of the parking lot near the entrance of the Saville Centre. Please be aware of where you are parking as to avoid a fine.

August 23-24, 2025
3X3 Outdoor Basketball Tournament
Cost: $175 per team
Location: Duggan Community League Park
Deadline: August 12, 2025
Details:
The tournament is open to boys and girls age groups U13, U15, & U17, and Adults in Men's & Women's Recreational, Men's Semi-Comp, and Competitive Categories.

Teams can be formed of a minimum of 3 players and a maximum of 5 players.

Participants can also take part in the Alley Hoop Three-Point Shootout.

Our league runs out of the Saville Centre year 'round. We offer competitive to rec level basketball divisions for both men's and women's teams. We promote "for the love of the game" and "sport for life" mentalities. We are proud members of the Alberta Basketball Association.

New Players

New players can post on our Facebook groups. Please include the following: Gender, Age, Height, Position, Experience & Email.
Teams are responsible for creating their own rosters. The league does not assign players to teams. Please do not contact us to be placed on a team.

Warnings

Be cautious of individuals who claim to be from a club with a no refund policy. Use your best discretion. Players have the option to pay the league their registration fee instead of the team organizer. Let us know your name and which team you are putting the money in for. If the team does not get into the league, you will be refunded your money.
